The original Nike KD 4 “Galaxy” was released as part of a collection of space-themed sneakers that included the Nike Zoom Kobe 7, Nike LeBron 9, and the Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy,” one of the most desirable sneakers in history. Here, the modern reissue of the Nike KD 4 “Galaxy” stays true to its original design, with a Metallic Silver, Total Orange, and Dark Grey color scheme that draws inspiration from the design of astronaut suits. A NASA-inspired mission patch is found on the tongues and “KD” branding is embroidered on the heel. A black, star-speckled midsole and glow-in-the-dark outsole complete the classic All-Star sneaker.
