The 2025 AJ5 “Black Metallic” is part of Jordan Brand’s Reimagined series that features subtle updates to the original. The Jordan 5 “Black Metallic Reimagined” has white laces and reflective hits across the edges of the upper’s panels as well as on the Nike Air branding on the heel. This Air Jordan 5 retains many of the original design signatures including the fighter jet-inspired teeth around the midsole and mesh side panels.
