1000 “Joe Freshgoods Black Ice” M1000JF1

The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 “Black Ice” is a collaboration by the Chicago-based sneaker designer and New Balance on the retro shoe. Debuted in 1998, the New Balance 1000 was brought back by New Balance in 2024, and collaborated on by Joe Freshgoods in April 2024 as part of the model’s reintroduction. The shoe has a retro yet contemporary vibe, and features a black open-mesh base with synthetic metallic copper and purple overlays. Classic “N” branding is found on the sides, while “JFG” (for Joe Freshgoods) appears on the lateral forefoot. Release date: April 19, 2024
