The Omega Planet Ocean 600M Co-Axial Master Chronometer is a game changer. Adapted from the Omega Ultra Deep watch, which made history when it reached the deepest place on Earth as part of the Five Deeps Expedition in 2019, its design is 600-meter water resistant. It also meets the ISO 6425:2018 standards for saturation divers’ watches. Its broad 45.5mm O-MEGASTEEL case boasts an orange liquid ceramic dive scale that rotates only in the counter-clockwise direction to eradicate accidentally extending dive time whilst underwater. Sitting underneath a domed sapphire crystal front, a lacquered gradient dial transitions from grey to black and has been given four Arabic numerals in orange. Together with the 18ct white gold hands, these elements are all treated with Super-LumiNova. The men’s Omega Planet Ocean 600M watch is fitted on a black rubber strap with orange lining and an O-MEGASTEEL buckle. Behind a titanium medallion on the caseback is the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8912, which produces a 60-hour power reserve. It also Features an anti-magnetic construction, protecting the movement up to 15,000 gauss. The caseback is also finished with a Sonar emblem with the iconic Omega Seahorse at its centre.
